These were a pair of mittens I made for my RA, Myka (2012). I got the idea to go with Pink and Green because she's a member of the AKAs and add her initials. I told her in one of our floor meetings that I can knit and crochet and she asked if I can make mittens. I said yes and made her pair as a gift.
